Brian is a very helpful and knowledgeable man. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the timely delivery of my vehicle. He even offered to give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. Lauren, the receptionist, was also polite and made it hassle free the handling of my payment. Elizabeth was fantastic- she said it would take 3 days and kept me up to date The parts were ordered the week before- work started right away- the car looks fantastic! And it was done in two days!!! She called at 10 minutes before closing and said come get your car! Fantastic! Beyond my wildest dreams!

Vehicle was returned with approximately 250 additional unexplained miles on the odometer. Two areas of paint on bumper showing "orange peel" texture. ETA was not met. Despite delays, only one status update was provided. Follow up email requesting a status update was never returned.

Despite the circumstances, one of the best experiences I've had with an auto body shop. Lisa kept me informed throughout the entire process by phone, voicemail, email, and text.
