Mr Anthony was excellent in taking car of my car and informing me on the progress i felt that he took care of my car better than Ive seen people being taken care of in the hospital and nursing home, I would highly recommend your company to all my friends and family because of the service that was render to me thank you very much for taking care of my mishap in a timely manner and excellent repairs to my auto it looked just like it did when I drove it from the dealership again I say thank you very much.

There is an area of damage that hasn't been repaired at all, there are buff marks / scratches all over the area that was repaired, and overall the work done was terrible. I'm horrified my car was returned to me in this condition. No, I'm not satisfied and you'll be hearing from me first thing on Monday. Unreal.

Joe was great as well as all of the staff I dealt with at SK. Ironing out the last details of the items needing repair from the accident. I have had a couple of things that happened after I picked up the car. SK would not have known about these issues as there was no indication that they existed until I picked up and drove the car. When I went back everyone was very helpful trying to rectify the problem. Great teamwork and just nice people. I will recommend SK and this is my second satisfactory experience.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful & empathetic, since I had hit a deer in the early morning during rush hour & was quite upset that I had killed the poor creature as it was panicking in traffic. The staff took care of my car right away which was very reassuring & they accommodated my need to get my car back as quickly as possible so I could go to work.

I love that you have a text app. Your on site team gets a bad rap because the clock for service notifications starts before or after the servicing so the reality of the timing does not match the messaging. This sets you up for customer miscommunication and potential dissatisfaction. Your team needs to explain this to confused customers. Your. Setting yourself up for apologizing. Consider giving the on site coordinator the ability to manage the messaging so that they can communicate service pace more accurately. Keep the app. Its awesome. Tweek your process. Im very please with the results. Your CV team is super customer centric. If every center has this customer focus you're fabulous. If not you may want to explore their best practices.
