Nick is a very caring person who went over and beyond to get my car back quikly. Nick made sure i was up to date on everything. I will tell my friends and coworkers that service king in collegeville is the best place to take your car in for any repairs..i have to say i never felt comfortable dealing with repair people..nick and jason took all my worries away...i thank those guys for treating me like i wad part if there family. Thanks again nick and jason.

First off, I clicked the "no" button, not the "yes". I am very dissatisfied. Total FAIL! Paint had at least one run when I picked it up, and out of direct sunlight it is obvious that the paint does not match (it is darker than the original). My decision to use Service King was based upon the recommendation of Encompass auto insurance and the associated convenience. Clearly this was a mistake.

We were never td the actual work amount just that they found more stuff. A break down of the cost would have been appreciated. Seems it went over the insurance limit.

Mike kept me informed through the whole process the attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. I have had previously a very bad experience with repair services and I found that There are people who put customers first. This goes without saying that I hope to not have to go through this again but if I did I would without a doubt use Service King . Finally, I would certainly recommend them. Thanks Again Mike for everything.

We were kept up to date on the progress daily. I received either text, email, or phone call daily to let me know how things were going. I didn't have to call to figure out when my car would be ready and the person that answered the phone knew who to direct Us to right away.
