I had dreaded going through this process of sending the car for some body work and dealing with the insurance company for the claim, but I cannot believe how easy it actually was. Filling out the paperwork was quick. And Berj made the experience so wonderful. He responded well to my questions: not too elaborate that would have made me hear blah blah blah, and not too dumbed down that would have made me feel stupid. He is awesome!
To top it all, my car looked brand new.

I do have a few questions, one about a small place which perhaps concerns paint, and another about the flushness of bumper to body. It is slight, but I am curious to hear your input. Thank you for asking. I can swing by one day, and let's take a look and see. Everyone there is amazingly nice and professional. It's way out of the way for me but I took my car in for a small repair based on yelp ratings. I had such a good experience and they were so patient with me (it was more than a month between the the time they got my part and when I could get in there) that I will gladly make the drive over there for any future work.
