From start to finish, the whole process was made easy. The constant updates and contact with clients creates a trusting environment. The thorough explanations of what will be done when the car is dropped off, and what has been done when the car is picked up, not only shows that you guys know what you're doing but also that you're transparent with your clients. You guys have a perfect understanding of customer service and produce great results!

I was so confused over the process of having Farmer's set up my drop off. I thought I would easily drop off the truck after I set up a drop off appointment and I was told to call MY insurance. When we got everything cleared, I was told I couldn't even set up an appointment because my liability had to be cleared, but why would I be given a list from the insurance including this body shop if I wasn't already cleared. I dealt with a lot of hassle for a service I had a right to.
