Neither the insurance company nor Abe’s informed me that my back bumper was not going to be covered. So I got a jeep back with a still dented in back bumper, which means I’ve got to do another claim and bring the jeep back to get that fixed. Happy with the work y’all did, unhappy with the communication from the insurance company and abra about the situation.
