All were clear about what was required to achieve the repair and I was kept current on the estimate process. Greg was particularly helpful and responsive, as was Michelle at the front desk. Though one does not "enjoy" having to go through this process, the very professional group in Lakewood made it a good experience.

They did a really good job on the bumper. My vehicle was actually towed from the Lacey office to the shop in Lakewood. I just hope at that distance dolly wheels were used to tow my vehicle because towing by just left in the front is not good for the vehicle. Other than that my vehicle seemed to look pretty good.
