Pacific Elite personnel and especially Trevor, made this experience non-stressful. I was kept up to date on the stage of repair the car was in and also with any delays that might happen. Trevor offered to find me rates on a rental car and made sure that I had transportation during the repair. The car was returned to me in beautiful shape. This is the most amazing group of people! I was kept in the loop on every step of the way! Trevor you calmed my nerves and kept me from pulling my hair out.
