Trevor and the entire Pacific Elite crew, outdid any expectation I could have had. They helped me to unload /reload things from my car to rental vehicle. Trevor really took time to explain everything not only in person, but through text and follow up phone calls. I've been in an accident before and this is was by far a night and day experience. My husband who works for USAA recommended this shop because he values and trusted their work, and I'm so happy he did. No one expects to be in an accidenr and have that be the rest of their day/week, but they happen. I am going to proactively tell my friends about Pacific Elite and Trevor, so that they have a plan when something you don't expect happens. I really want to thank all of you for your help getting me through a rough experience.
