Other then my car not being too clean and my tire lite censor being on it was fine...that was taken care of right away! You are there to please and that is very comforting...we have taken my car there before and have been very satisfied with the work and service! Not sure of names but the girl in the office the man who came out and took my car to be cleaned again and the guy that fixed my tire censor were all wonderful!!!!

So far so good. All of those who i encountered were kind and i liked the lifetime warranty although i have not had chance to see how auto body will do with any dissatisfaction on repaired/replaced parts if i do find any. Jim was very helpful. kept me informed of everything that was going on with the repairs or parts changes.
