The work done was great, but some things promised on the website were not accurate. I only got one progress text (which was inaccurate). The site also said parts would be ordered before drop off, yet after the text telling me my car was almost finished I called & they didn't even have my bumper yet. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but it was still pretty frustrating to feel like I was being jerked around.

I appreciated the daily updates even though Travelers Insurance was not very cooperative. I did not get updates from them like I did from you. I also appreciated the photos so I could see.how far along you were. Thank you again for a job well done!

I drove off yesterday with the insurance that everything was fixed and checked. It was not. I had to bring the car back today finding out that the backs struts were broke from the wreck.

I absolutely love my car now. Its fixed and runs great! They even gave it a power wash and vacuumed it out. I love the work that was done!

This is unfortunately the second time I have had to use the Body Shop. But my car looks great and the people at the Body Shop III are tremendous. I've had Gary White take care of me both times and he is a gentleman and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The car was returned with a chip in the paint on the drivers side door. And it was covered with touch up paint. I have never put touch up paint on my car. This was very disappointing and I am very dissatisfied.

The Body Shop was really wonderful. They exceded what I thought would be the outcome. I cannot tell you enough about Gary. Perfect gentleman and very informative. He explained how the repair was done and seriously wanted me to be happy.
