I had an issue with Veronica. She made the process between myself and the auto insurance companies very complicated and it caused alot of grief between my insurance and the third-parties insurance. The first time i used your facilities, i dealt with Angela and the process seemed a lot smoother. I will not use. Fix-Auto in the future. I don't like when someone tries to control someone's decisions, on handling a claim. My insurance adjuster didn't think that was appropriate and neither did I. It caused me grief and frustration.
