The intake agent named Matt (redhead) might want to be more careful when he hand off customers to his other coworkers. The reason is because I was handed off to Christopher who was only told that I needed an estimate. He was not told by Matt that I needed the work done immediately and but rather told him that I just needed an estimate. Because of this, Christopher ended up taking other customer’s phone calls after looking at my car instead of processing my case. If he was properly told by Matt that I needed the work done immediately and not just an estimate, then Christopher would have had better orientation to work on my case before moving to the next. Other than this issue, Fix It Auto did a great job on my van!
