I had to call FixAuto at around 4:46p to find out my car was ready to be picked up. It was the date I was told (text messaged) to expect completion. Since you close at 5:30p I had to rush to reach the shop on time. I wonder how long I would have had to wait for anyone to call me.

I really liked the service and I was very surprised when I found out my car was cleaned and washed as well! On top of that, my car was ready so quickly, and I really appreciate that too! Thank you so much!

I was very happy with the fast service and especially the customer service. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I even felt spoiled with my rental car being called for me and when the first rental car place didn't answer,(which I had the same problem btw) she called another one right away so I would have my car asap and also called the insurance and handled that change. That is going beyond my expectations and thank you for that! I will definitely recommend you ????

The staff was VERY friendly! I appreciate them checking me in & explaining the process very comprehensively. Jessie & Veronica (I hope that's their names I am not near my paperwork)were very accommodating & nice. Additionally, the manager created a very welcoming environment. This is the type of customer service everyone deserves, but after an accident you really need extra TLC & they provided that for me????????.

I was totally satisfied with the repairs that were done, and will certainly recommend family, friends and co-workers to FIX-AUTO Montclair if they ever need to get body repairs and paint. However, I was not pleased that a thorough inspection was not done after the work was completed. Whomever removed the rear bumper to paint it failed to check the rear brake lights and turn signals. We went out the same evening and discovered the turn signals and brake lights on the right rear were inoperable. Upon inspection, I discovered the light harness had not been plugged back in. I plugged it back in and the turn signal and brake light are now working as designed. Rest assured this event will not deter me from giving your organization a "10" on the survey, and especially to your employee Christopher Elguea.

The repairs I came in for were done perfectly and made me very happy. However, I noticed today that the handle to roll down my right passenger window was broken off while my car was in the care of Fix Auto Irvine. This was NOT broken prior to my bringing the car in. I'd like to know why access to my back seat was needed to begin with, as the repairs were performed on the exterior of the vehicle. Please contact me to discuss repairing this handle, thank you.

I received my car today July 3rd. The bumper is still loose on the left side. Not clipped on right. The heat shield over the muffler was hanging loose and rattling. My husband had to go to autozone to find screws to attach it since it was after closing and was closed on the 4th. There's white paint specks on my rear tire. Which there's no reason as it was the front that was damaged. My jack is missing from my trunk. It was with the spare tire. I called to ask if it was taken out and since everyone was gone already for the holiday I have to wait till Wednesday. Let's hope I don't get a flat tire before then. I'm very disappointed in the whole experience. Angela and john were great as far as Customerservice and keeping me updated but I am not happy with the work done. We didn't notice these things until we got home and my husband heard the rattling as I pulled Into the driveway. Then we started noticing the other things wrong or incomplete. I believe they hurried because I was calling and asking if my car was ready as they had it for 2 weeks already.
