I should emphasize that there are great, nice and very polite employees working at front counter.
But there is a major problem with your shop's quality control, communications between different shop managers/mechanics and front people which causes in different/contradictory phone calls/messages and texts sending to me which were just plain confusing and misleading.
Just an example, after driving out of lot, had to drive back because someonen in shop (mechanic!) forgot to "reset the car's program"and it was showing problem with the hood which there was none.
I had received text/phone message 2 hours earlier stating that the car is ready!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Fix - the quality of auto body repair, the customer service, the updated, and the shuttle service were all top notch.
The one complaint I have is the fact that my pickup date was scheduled to be a day earlier than when I actually got it. Obviously, things happen, but a more timely update during that crucial time would improve the experience.
Overall, very happy with my choice of Fix and they lived up to my high expectations!
