The latch to the back window was completely broken off and the broken off latch was laying on the left bottom rear floormat. The truck bed had a thick coat of dust on it and taking the truck through the car wash didn't clean off all of the dust. That said, not the auto shop's responsibility to clean the vehicle after repairs have been completed. Responsibility is to complete the repairs.
