The girls in the office are nice very helpful stayed late to help me but for my car it was VERY minor indent. When I picked up my car it was in worse condition then when I left it. For one there was 2 red scratches that weren't there also a drip from the paint they used too much paint and a other dent and some other scratches. Now I have to take more time off work to take it back. Not happy!

Went to pick up my car and there was a scratch in the new paint. Had to leave it there another day. Now it's sitting in my driveway with the new drivers side mirror that keeps popping off. I guess it will be back in there Monday to fix it. So much wasted time running back and forth.

My wife and I 'at the present time' are very pleased with the repair work done to my car, which I picked up late today. My experience with the gals up front, Cody and Kisha, was very positive, as was my experience with Jesse. I also really appreciate the extra assurances and explanations I received from the G.M., Donald. My 2014 Honda CRV looks beautiful again, including the gorgeous burgandy paint job. I was even able to promptly go show my long time Service Writer, Jim Marsh, at Hardin Honda next door, who had referred me to your shop as he has to others for many years. You're crew does impressive work and your staff is friendly and has pride in delivering a well repaired car back to its owner.
