This is my second trip to USA Autobody, 2 years ago a deer jumped thru my front windshield. I learned how good they were, and how good my USAA Ins was. This helped a lot coming back. Everyone was super great, from Debi, to Ted to the guys who fixed my car, I knew I was in good hands, my car is like new, these folks treat you like family, they really CARE. This was a trauma accident for me, I felt hopeless, alone, and terrified, I still feel afraid . Between USAA and Autobody, ok, I am ok, there are good people, good companies. Debi and Jim took time with me and were both very kind. I appreciated the email updates and two phone calls from Jim. Thank you for a good-looking repair and for outstanding customer service skills. Also, I am grateful that you made the rental car arrangements with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, That worked out so well with their transportation before and after the repairs. I will recommend you as a first-rate place to get body work done!

Have used Autobody in the past & have always liked their professional but friendly atmosphere. From the time you walk thru their doors to even when the repairs are complete you know your getting the best from everyone on their staff. I love the new texting updates that they send you to let you know what the progress of the repair is. Will continue to use & recommend Autobody
