I came in for an estimate on an issue which turned out to be a bent knuckle. I was informed of the price and what it would take to align and correct the knuckle issue. II told the gentleman to hold off on the repair. And was under the impression that this meant nothing done. However when I picked up my vehicle I was charged for an alignment.

I really enjoyed getting the update emails about the progress being made! Both times I called Ashton was very friendly on the phone! I would recommend getting a double checked pick up address for the wrecker service because he showed up at my home address, not where the wrecked car was. But it was not a big deal, he just followed me to the car and let me get my things out of it! And thank you for talking me through the repair and letting me know that every thing was as good as new! I really appreciate the sparkling customer service I received! Thank you to all involved!

I had tape on my back drivers window from when I bought the car and you guys scrapped it off for me. You didn't have to do that and I appreciate it. Also the car looks amazing. Paint and all, you guys did great and thanks for hanging in there with my insurance taking so long to pay up the right amount. Again thank you so much for everything!
