Long story short the Mirror wasn't completed he did tell me if I wanted to bring it back they would fix it. But I have no time to do that. Also there is still a white scratch on my fender. That I did not say anything because it wasn't going to get me anywhere. The guy and girls were really polite and nice. If you want pictures of what I'm talking about let me know. The customer service & updates were great, & the actual work done on the vehicle was good, but it was returned to me very dirty. I thought the hood was all scratched up but it was actually dirt or some sort of dust. The lady at the desk when I picked it up said not to wash it in a car wash until June because they had to paint it but it could have been wiped off and cleaned up a bit. The mirror, the back seat and back bay were also covered with this dust.
Maybe I'm being too picky, but someone told me it would be detailed and look really good when I picked it up so that's what I expected. Was a bit put off when it was dirty. The car was only a week old when I brought it in...

I made an appointment with an AUTOBODY USA adjustor. When I arrived at the shop the adjustor invited me to come with him while he made an appraisal of the damage which had been done to my car. I appreciated the fact that he included me in the process. While I had looked at the damage by myself, I was not aware of all of the damage which had been done, nor how it would be repaired. He explained to me that my insurance company would approve the materials which would be used to correct the damage. Part of the damage which had been done was the right headlight was not broken, but it would not stay in place. He brought a large roll of tape and secured the headlight for me. He assured me that I would not be stopped by the police because of the headlight, if I did happen to be stopped I could show the appointment card and not be ticketed.
At the end of his appraisal he made an appointment for me to bring my car back for repair the following week. I was also given a date when the repair would be completed.
The day before work was to begin I received a call and an e-mail reminding me to leave my car the following day. Each day while the work was being done I received a phone call and an e-mail to inform me how long it would be before I could expect to have my car back. I am very pleased with the work which was done and my car was ready earlier than estimated.
