It took quite awhile to get this approved from State Farm. I am not sure where the issue stemmed but I do know that AutoBody USA contacted them to review the damage after it was already approved. It all worked out in the end but my car was there a very long time (16 days) compared to the 4 days originally told to me.

I would have liked to have been told that my steering wheel and alignment were off before driving home. I believe in full disclosure. Other than that, the car looks great from the outside.

I had to take it back to fix the the paint job and body work , I just picked it up and. It's still not done right ! This will be the 3rd time I've had to take it back to hopefully get it done right!

I'm getting to be a regular customer (2 rear bumpers in 3 months) and hope I won't be seeing you again for a long time BUT COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH YOUR WORK AND CUSTOMER TREATEMENT AND WILL BE MORE THAN WILLING TO PASS THIS ON TO MY FRIENDS SHOULD THEY EVER NEED CAR REPAIRS. Bruce
