Loved getting the text updates on my car's status. The only thing that would make it better would be have an estimated time of completion at each step - even if it was a simple "on track" comment.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and customer oriented. The entire process of what you would do and what I needed to do was thoroughly explained. Each time someone said they would do something, they did it and followed up to notify me. Very satisfied with the work performed and even received two compliments that it was new truck. The use of texting to provide status updates was appreciated. Job well done to everyone and a big Thank You.
