Best repair experience I have yet to experience. From the moment I first came to DFW I was greeted as valued customer by Mr. Heath and his staff, which is a plus in my book. Throughout the whole repair process I was updated daily on status of my repairs. Ounce again that's a another plus in my book. Comparing SEE others hands down they are the best of the best. Roberto Depaz was incredibly responsive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable with leaving my vehicle in his care after my auto accident. I received daily updates on the progress of my repairs and the car was finished at the promised time. This was a super repair experience under a stressful circumstance. 5 star service.

The compassion and love I felt from Yvetta was incredible. She made me feel like my car was in wonderful hands. The communication via text was very informative and kept us knowledgeable. I never felt rushed with phone calls and all my questions were answered with confidence. The last step that the mechanics performed was thorough and found another problem with our car. We are so thankful that they took the time to go over the entire car and make sure they were giving us a safe vehicle.
