Everyone was very friendly but John Terry put DFW Collision over the top. He walked me through the whole procedure. He provided me with transportation to and from shop. He ordered parts and was able to complete the work ahead of time. He is very knowledgeable and a professional all the way.

Moses ensured my repair progress was communicated to me. The repair was done timely and my vehicle was not only provided to me ahead of schedule but completed seamlessly so tha I had no idea where the was. Communication was wonderful! Customer service was exemplary.

John did great and it really is no ones fault. John got sick so Chris took over. Instead of a quote of 3 day repair it turned into 5. Chris was very professional and explained the reason for being behind. I totally understand but still a little frustrating paying out of pocket for a rental. Other than that, great job!
