The customer service was extremely good and it put me at ease. The labor on my car did not take long at all and was not not stressed. When my car was ready for pickup, I did not recognize it as the same car I brought in, clean inside/outside. The repairs were excellent. The experience, priceless.

Customer friendly and willing to have a hundred percent satisfaction of the customer. It was nice receiving texts almost daily of updates and work performed. The shuttle service was also nice and they have a very clean shop when I inspected it. The car looks brand new. Thank you DFW Collision

Yes...DFW COLLISION CENTER. Is a worry free facility ,from the moment. I walked in the door and handed over my keys over to them. I had no concerns that things would be done correctly and to my best interest. The team led by Chris and Yvetta are the backbone of the shop, and there is a trickle down effect from their leadership. From the front desk to the repair shop... I felt good about leaving my car in their hands ...thank you again. It should be noted that I am a returning customer. The service-level quality I experienced five years ago is the same; top notch.

I was TOTALLY impressed with everyone. As I walked in the door I was greeted very nicely and the service was perfect. All the staff was excellent! Moses is great at his job, he kept me well informed thru the entire process. I was a return customer because the Work product and Staff was so good! I was not dissappointed this time either! The vehicle looks BRAND NEW and the winning service from a SUPERIOR STAFF means I will be back and I will spread the word how good y’all are. Thank you, Glenn Wilson
