The team was very friendly and courteous. I received regular progress updates along the way. I had a minor issue when I picked up my vehicle, and team members from Reception to the service manager were quick to want to help and to resolve the issue. Top notch group of folks!

The email system is very poor. Told us that the car should be ready on June 17th. The car was picked up today. We recieved no other information via email past the 17th. Also the car left the shop with a nick in the paint that is down to the metal and the interior had not been cleaned up from the repairs made. Other than this we were satisfied.

John Terry (Mr. Integrity) and your office staff are the only people I actually saw, they were so helpful and honest. This is the second time I have used this collision repair shop and both times; quality people, quality work. It doesn't get any better than that.
