Left fender part not flush with door frame. Rep dismissed it claiming that the car had prior damage and repairs. I do not know why that would prevent you from making sure YOUR job was done right. I expect quality work, not excuses.

Keep up the great work. You worked with me on emailing the authorization to begin repair which allowed me to drop off my car and not be late to work. The updates were outstanding and you locked my car to allow pickup after work. And most of all the car looks great and washing it put this experience over the top.
