First, the cap on my wheel was missing until I pointed it out. Apparently, there was no completeness check performed there. Second, damaged my car hood and refused to take the responsibility. Instead, the Advisor tried to come up with unbelievable excuses and she was so untrustworthy. She even tried to walk away. I took a picture of it while she was standing there as evidence before I left. Call my cell at ****-****-xxxx if you care to know in more details. Thanks.

Yvetta Dittmer was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with-always upbeat and very friendly and kept me updated-she is the kind of person you want handling your claim-I've never had to deal with a collision center before & I'm glad I went to DFW Collision -it definitely made this a positive experience. Also-I was really impressed about the repairs-my new car has no sign of damage-great job!

Wow! They handled my repair professionally and quickly. I was kept up to date on how my car was moving along in the repair process regularly. It wa actually ready to be picked up a day and a half ahead of schedule! They made it convenient by being able to leave my rental car there to be picked up the the rental company. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work on their car or truck!! Hands done best experience with a body shop I have ever had!!
