Everyone I came in contact with was kind and helpful. The ladies working the front desk were friendly which was one of the reasons I chose to get my car fixed there. The other place I went to had a young girl who hardly said anything and didn't make eye contact. First impressions count! Heath was friendly and did what he said he would do. I was informed every step of the process and I loved the text updates!!

Moses made everything as easy and smooth as possible. I dropped off my vehicle on a Saturday, and it was ready the following Friday. We were visiting from Houston when the accident occurred, and Moses was very sensitive to our situation and ensured repairs were completed quickly and that we did not have to adjust our trip back to DFW in any way. No one ever wants to deal with vehicle repairs after an accident, but Moses made our experience truly memorable! We highly recommend Moses and his team at DFW Collision!
