I was very satisfied with the customer service, cleanliness inside and out of my truck when I picked it up. The paint looked perfectly matched and the tailgate appeared as new again. Once at home I was considering a review and took a flashlight to inspect. I noticed the inside removable panel was not repainted. This gives an appearance and feeling of an unfinished job. This is not a big deal because the new paint will get scratched eventually, it's a truck. Just a point of first impression. If I went to Dodge and bought a finished tailgate and that panel was scratched I would expect a damaged part discount. Thank you or Professional attitude to do unquestionable quality. Joe D

Excellent service! Staff was very nice and helpful. Hopefully I won't need service again but if I do I will definitely be back. I would recommend this office to anyone I got my original estimate at another site who could not accommodate me for a month I called this site and they worked with me and got my car in the next week. Thank you thank you. It looks beautiful.

When I bright my car in I made sure the clerk made a note of my left muffler being damaged and falling down. You held my car in your possession for 7 days before the supplemental form was submitted to GEICO. Upon inspection of the form, I agreed with the additional charges, which included a replaced left muffler. Upon leaving the shop today after paying for my car, I noticed the right muffler had been replaced and not the left. Unlike the left, there was no apparent damage to the right muffler and it had never been included on the supplemental form. The left muffler is clearly damaged and is still hanging a little low. I am not sure why the replacement was changed to the right muffler or why I or GEICO was not notified of the change. I am not satisfied with the repair and I actually feel a little cheated that my car was not appropriately fixed. I have called GEICO to inform them of what has happened. I have also called your shop and will hopefully be receiving a phone call tomorrow explaining the mix up. I still have a copy of the original supplemental form submitted to GEICO showing the left bumper being included in the repair. My left muffler still needs to be replaced.
