I was initially treated well by Pat on Wednesday Aug 20, 2014 when I dropped off my Jeep and signed paperwork and waited for rental, and was texted that my Jeep would be completed by Monday Aug 25th at 4pm. When Monday came I was texted that the completion date had been moved to Tues Aug 26 at 4:23pm and also that if there were any more delays that I would receive a call. on Tuesday morning I called the Crete shop and spoke to Rachel (who informed me that she was filling in) and asked if my vehicle would be ready that day. She was very polite and stated she had to find out and that she would call me back ASAP. She did call me back and stated that they were waiting on glass work and visors. She also said that they hoped to have the Jeep completed Wednesday 8/27 and that someone would give me a follow up call with a time. I then received a text that stated completion would be Wed Aug 27 4:23pm. On Wednesday morning I called and Kristen answered the call. I told her who I was and that I wanted to make sure the Jeep would be ready. She seemed distracted and told me to hold on. She was mumbling then snapped "aren't you receiving our texts? " I stated that I received texts but that I was supposed to have a follow up call as to when it would be ready. Kristen then stated in a kind of stern tone that Rachel called you and followed up yesterday morning. She then said sternly that they were still waiting on visors. When I tried to explain what the text said and that I was in a time restraint she cut me off and said that's ok, and they will let me know. I was not happy because she made me feel like I was an annoyance to her. She called me several hours later to say the visors came in and when my guy comes back and puts them on I will call you so you can pick up your jeep. She did call to let me know at 2:38pm and I left from Oak Forest to Crete to pick up my Jeep. When I walked in the office, she said something about are you here for the jeep and how does it look? I told her I hadn't looked at it, at which time Pat came out of the office to walk me out to look at it. When I came back in she was complaining about all the paperwork piling up on her desk and being overwhelmed. She wasn't the most friendly individual. After I got my key and went to my Jeep and got in, it smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke! I do not smoke and it didn't smell that way when I handed the vehicle over to Central. It was so bad it made me sick to my stomach!! I didn't want to deal with Kristen again because I didn't like the way she talked to me so I went home, then sent this email. My complaints would be the way Kristen treated me and acted like I should just be happy with a text, as well as the jeep smelling like disgusting smoke when I didn't give it to them in that condition!

The engine hood used the first time did not fit a new one had to be ordered also the vehicle was not completely clean
