Service King San Juan Capistrano

Everyone at Service King was extremely helpful and to my utmost satisfaction were able to complete repairs in two days. The repairs were done expertly and my vehicle looks great!

Communication was excellent start to finish. All the staff were congenial, helpful, and professional. And the job was done in a day sooner than promised!

Excellent job on my car. It looks like new. Also very convenient to be able to drop off my rental vehicle right there. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and polite.

There's a slight blemish on the repaired and painted bumper. Jaime has said that it is a pinhole in the paint and it can be buffed out. This is an extra call and additional visit to the shop for me.

They were great! Jaime was fantastic at keep me updated on every step of the way!

Jaime was excellent to work with. He kept me updated throughout the time my car was in their service. My car looks as good as new. And I appreciated the text messages keeping me updated as well, along with the detailed emails. I would be a repeat customer if ever needed. And I would recommend them to a friend.

From the moment Angela answered the phone on my initial call, I was made to feel like a valued and respected customer. She explained the process of having my car repaired, the rental car situation (she also handled the transaction with Hertz), and set up my appointment with Anton who would do the estimating. Anton was thorough and made sure I was aware of what, when, and how the repairs would be handled. During his estimating inspection he noted the obvious repairs and showed me "signs" of possible additional repairs (and he was right, and because he told me it might happen, I was not surprised). The repair crew did an amazing job and did the job in less time than estimated. When I came to collect the car, Anton showed me what was done and then showed me pictures (he had many) of all the damage, internal and external. Angela handled the payment processing and was as gracious during my departure as she was during my initial visit. This is a professional, personal, caring organization. While I have no desire to have to return, if my car needed repairs, I would head here again and will happily refer friends to ServiceKing.

The air bags are not operable and the radio doesn't work. I need to bring my car back in and get it fixed which throws off my schedule.
