The whole experience was super easy and stress free. The staff was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I love how I was updated on my repairs via text every few hours. I loved that I felt included. Also, three days. THREE DAYS. Thats all I had to wait for my car to be finished. I was shocked on how quick it was. I’ve had repairs done at a Nissan dealer and it took a whole 2 weeks. And it was for something similar but for the front of my car. I barely had to use to rental they supplied me with because of how fast the repairs went. My car looked beautiful in the end. Back to how it was before my accident & super clean!! I had a really great experience. Thanks fixed auto!

Your text notification system does not work as described. It was supposed to cite step-by-step what was going on, it didn’t. Not a big deal, but worth note for Fix purposes I want to thank the technician named Jeremy, who took a couple minutes out of his schedule to come out and explain the repairs and everything that was done on the vehicle. His knowledge inspired confidence that I had chosen the right repair shop in Fix.

The work was done in a very timely manner. The staff kept me updated Daily on the progress of my will pillows and an update on when the car would be finished. They stayed open a few minutes after five while I was trying to get there to pick up my car. The one repair guy and the person at the desk was absolutely very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience
