I believe I was talking with the owner but he was super nice and very attentive to my needs. There were a few little things I was not satisfied with and he took my car back fix the problems and it was a job well done. Dealing with the people from front of the house to back of the house made everything so easy. Thanks again!

The work completed on my truck is fantastic. The ladies in the office (Yvonne, Denise and Sharon) kept me informed of what was going on almost daily. I believe it was Denise who even kept the truck a couple of days extra because she felt there was an area or two where the work was not perfect. Thank you to everyone at Fix Auto, you guys are amazing!

I found most of the experience frustrating for multiple reasons- I was in an accident on Feb 1st. They weren't able to take my car until the 6th, parts weren't ordered until the 10th. I was told my car would be ready last Thursday 16th, then it was pushed to Friday 17th, then to Monday 20th. I was told it was because of a delay on the hinges being delivered. I called back that Friday to make sure they had replaced the left driver side tire (which I had specifically pointed out to Sharon the day I dropped it off & she made a note of it on the window) and they had not. So they ordered it that Friday. I asked her if that was going to move my eta from being completed on Monday and they said no, I would still be able to pick my car up on Monday. When I called on Monday to find out what time I could pick it up I was told my eta had been moved to Tuesday- No one had called or text to let me know anything had changed. Then on Tuesday they text me to say they moved my completion date to Thursday (today), and by that point I was extremely frustrated. They said they would do everything they could to move the completion date to Wed 22nd. Denise called me on Wed and said she had bad news, that they had ordered the wrong tire and it would push the completion date back to today. They finally completed my car by this evening. I'm not sure if there is a communication problem, or what the issue was that it kept getting pushed back, but I was extremly angry and frustrated by the end of this experience. Candi D

My "on-time delivery date" was pushed back 3 times. I understand that unforeseen delays can happen. You just might want to reconsider the use of the term "on-time delivery date" Otherwise the repair looks great and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.
