From the moment I entered the office the staff was friendly and respectful. The receptionist and Anthony Solis, answersed all my questions clearly and explained to me the things I didn't understand. I was expecting to get my car back in two weeks, but this didn't happen. I received my car within a 4 days. I am satisfisfied with the results.

Great staff. Anthony and Mariah were both very friendly and got the process done in a timely manner. There was a time when they were shortly staffed and still got my car finished in time for the holidays. I would reccommend Kniesel's and if needed any repairs in the future I would be a returning costumer.
