Everyone at Service King made my repair experience as pleasant and convenient as possible - I was SO impressed! David was excellent at communicating updates on my vehicle and even helped get the carseats out of my car. Michael from Geico was very friendly and helpful regarding my claim. The work was performed very quickly and the work was very professional, I appreciated that they even washed the vehicle for me! Also loved having Enterprise onsite so I didn't have to go somewhere else for the rental car. I would highly recommend Service King to family and friends, and though I hope to not require their services again anytime in the near future, I would not hesitate to use them again. I haven't had to use a body shop before and I was concerned about how I would be treated and how my vehicle would be repaired. Michelle put my mind at ease. She explained the entire procedure to me and invited me to stop by at any time of the day to see the progress first hand. Michelle kept me up to date daily on the progress. When I stopped by to see how things were going with my vehicle she took the time to show me my vehicle and explain every step of the procedure. Michelle, made me feel at ease. I am glad I chose Service King to perform the repairs to my vehicle. If I every have the need to utilize Service King again I will make sure I visit the shop in Ocoee, Fl as long as I can deal with Michelle again, she was grest.
