Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was a truly enjoyable experience. The van was ready much earlier than was expected. I unexpectedly had to leave town for an emergency and they kept my van over the weekend to accommodate me. It was a great experience and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all!

Gene, at the Matthews, NC center, kept me well informed and up to date as the repairs were being performed, something I very much appreciated. The repair work performed appears to be top-notch - invisible or unrecognizably repaired. My experience with Service King was a breath of fresh air, above and beyond, done quickly with expertise, and below the estimated quote.
