The repair work was excellent. SK got my deductible wrong, I and Metlife Insurance told them it was 250 and it was still listed when I picked up my truck at 1000. All else was good.

Service King's staff were wonderfully pleasant people to work with, though they did all the work. Eric and Heather were especially helpful and nice to talk to. As for the entire crew I'd choose descriptives like knowledgable, thorough, professional, communicative/keeping me updated, kind and thoughtful in going out of their way in my case to accommodate my inability to pick up my finished Subaru in anything close to a timely manner, and continually doing so nicely as plans fell through on my end. They proved to me that the word Service in your name is truly their No.**** priority with every customer, and they'll do whatever it takes to provide that. I give them top ratings across the board. Highly recommended, great people. ????????????????
