I thought customer service was dead. I was wrong. Service King at Lake Conroe is the place to go. Brought my 2002 ford ranger in for a front end rebuild and they did just that. Rick is your man, and that is who you want to talk to. He kept me better informed about the progress of my truck BETTER than some doctors do about my medical needs. Overall, excellent experience.

I appreciated the fact that the team took my concerns into consideration (leak), located the problem and filled my radiator, as well as providing me with a jug of fluid so that I could maintain my radiator fluid while on the road.

They did an amazing job on ny car! The only problem is the guy said it would be done in ten minutes but took 30 but that's no big deal! The lady at the front test as really nice and beautiful(:
