Hello, I brought my car in on Wednesday. The car parts were delivered on Thursday. I was not updated and I constantly had to call the Geico adjustor (William) and Abra employee (Bria) to get updates. Sometimes they couldn't give me an update, and claimed they would call back; but they never did. On Friday, Bria texted me that the car was almost finished. Then I called again and Bria told me my car would not get finished today. On Monday, we called William multiple times but did not hear back from him. I am a college student and I have a full day of classes, so I needed my car on Monday. I finally got through with Bria and she told me that Abra ordered the wrong parts. But they never told me that until the very end of this ordeal. I had a small Crack in my bumper and it took 4 days plus the weekend for them to fix it. I was even told at the beginning that my car would be overlooked by their staff because my damage was too little. I thought it was unprofessional of them to lie and hide the truth to me about my car and the process to fix this minor damage. I will not be recommending Abra to anyone in the future.

From the time I made my appointment over the phone to the time I picked my car up I was treated great by each team member! I truly alpreciated the updates I received about my car’s status along each step of the way. Over the years I have had to work with many auto body companies and your company has been the greatest by far! I was referred to you by my mom who had to get work done there around a year or so ago. She was absolutely correct in saying your team does a great job! I will highly recommend you to anyone in the future and definitely return in the future if your services are needed. Thank you for making this experience easy for me!
