Communications were very good with the front desk. Original appraisal 1200....final bill: 4500. One must assume that they blew the repair on the two doors and had to replace, adding 2000 in parts alone. None of the estimates (including Audi's) every included 2 doors replaced. No satisfactory explanation given as to what happened and why they had to replace these doors. State Farm had authorized. If I were paying out of my pocket I would have been very upset.
