The receptionist was very helpful and courteous.Any staff member that came by in the lobby acknowledged me. The work on the car was well done and the car wash/cleaning was great. They worked very closely with me on the completion time. Kept me informed with updates on the car.

I would just like to thank everyone at Keenan for the experience I had. My car was fixed in a very timely manner. Once it was completed I was notified. Also picking the car up was a very good feeling, not just because it was my car. But I felt very comfortable in your waiting area. The repair work is fantastic. The delivery was very helpful in my current situation. The only thing that could be handled better had nothing to do with th body shop but with Geico. I understand repairs take time, and the mechanic broke everything down for me based on repair hours and hands on time and it showed the predicated completion date which is all great and understandable. It ended up getting done right on time with his calculations. The issue was today is 4/11, and based off the information I had been receiving from Geico personnel, the car was supposed to be done 4/6, then 4/7, then 4/10. I understand repairs take time, but it would be better to over guess the completion time than under. There ended being 5 additional days that I had accounted for already having my vehicle, so with every delay plans and situations had to be altered. I lost tickets to the Saturday baseball game for which I had tickets, and had to come out of pocket for a ride to work on Monday because I was told my vehicle would be done. The impact of thinking you will have a vehicle and then not getting it drastically impacts the daily lives of those relying on that form of transportation. So the only improvement I could suggest is how information is being relayed on the completion of repairs, there would have been no issues if I'd hadn't been mislead on when my car would be ready. thanks again for the great work on the repairs.
