The repairs are still incomplete after 25 days. Two obviously damaged parts were not repaired/replaced and were discovered during my post repair inspection. It seems that two parts were damaged during the repair process. I was told about one, but not the other. A technician damaged a difficult to obtain vehicle part during repair process resulting in extended delays. Communication regarding these delays were not adequately communicated and I had to initiate by making calls. The messages I submitted online were not responded to and the online photos didn't really show me any progress on the vehicle nor the damaged duct. An attempt was made to decrease the agreed compensation for the cost of a rental car due to the damage caused during the repair. The only reason Seidners is not still paying for a rental car (equivalent to my Lincoln) is that I suggested a temporary fix to the damaged component of the battery ventilation duct so that I could take possession of the vehicle until the repair parts are received. This bad experience is still not over with and I do not look forward to the replacement of the three parts that are pending. This is not the first vehicle I've had repaired at Seidner's, but it most certainly is the last.
