Simply the best car repair experience. Charlie, Ken, and Dawn, in fact everyone I spoke with at Carstar was kind and helpful. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and while the car was in the shop, I got regular update messages about its progress. Very happy with the repair- the car looks great! The overall experience was better than I could have asked for. Dawn, at the front desk was very organized and professional. The young man who provided my estimate and then showed me the car after it was completed was very thorough. I was very pleased with the work done and how clean the vehicle was when finished.
