She was great at arranging all the insurance paperwork and coordinating with other vendors like the car rental agency and the detailing company. Always helpful with my questions. Adam also explained his initial assessments on my first visit and Charlie checked in and checked out the car with me with ease. Keep treating your customers with professionalism, transparency and open communication. And overall, it was a job well done on the repair. Our 10 year old car looks fresh again. My entire experience with CARSTAR was wonderful! Dawn at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and was very personable. She always had an answer for any question I had and made sure to explain every part of the process to make me comfortable with the situation. I didn’t have many interactions with other people there but everyone was very nice and the environment there in general was welcoming. The service was excellent. Frequent updates on the progress of the work and the insurance issues were taken care of by them. Beyond dripping the car off and picking it up, was all I had to do. Dawn was very very helpful with the paperwork and helping me secure a rental while the car was being repaired. Charley runs an excellent operation I congratulate him and his team in making what was for me, a stressful experience ( I was rear ended) into something that was attended to quickly with the least amount of Addison stress as possible!!
