Mike and staff The job was exceptional. My Dad and brother were in the automotive business for over 50 years, so I know good auto repair and body work. The cost was reasonable, the time it took to repair was on target and the technology and daily communications were greatly appreciated. All aspects of the operation were very impressive. I loved Mike and everything he did for me. My car came out beautiful and he took really good care of me. The woman at the desk (I believe the wife) came across as rude and combative both times I dealt with her. If Mike weren't so terrific and I didn't have a friend who works there I wouldn't go back because of the interactions I had with her.

The text messages I received indicated that the car would be ready on a given date. When I called on that date I was met with a somewhat snappy reply that "I should wait till they call and not contact them!!!". I understand that there can be delays for a number of reasons, however there is no reason to be snip pity if a customer calls on the date that they were told the car would be ready to inquire. I called only once after the indicated time on the given date. I think you need to train your staff to be nicer if a customer calls to inquire about when to pick up a car. Especially when they had gotten no less than 4 texts indicating that date with specific time. No one had bothered to contact me that there would be a delay. I took the afternoon off so that I could be in Danbury to pick up the car. I work in New Haven Regan W
