I was so impressed with ALL aspects of the customer service at Mike's! Mike was terrific - very friendly and gave me a great estimate on the spot for my body work. He was super flexible with accommodating the days I could bring my car in for repairs - I was able to get my car in within a week and the work was completed in just one day! Beautiful job....friendly staff...super professional....reasonable cost. I will be recommending your business to everyone :-)

The body work looked good. Then i started the car and barely made it to my mechanic. Check engine light was on and it was jerking all over the place. Wasnt that way when i dropped it off. 1000 later my car now runs again. It was a terrible experience and i would never go there again. Will also tell everyone i know not to use you.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with an auto-mechanic shop. The receptionists were rude and completely unpolished, the communication was disgraceful on many levels (no proper communication to or with my insurance company, inaccurate status updates about my car, and poor correspondence with my auto rental company, which YOU provided... All problems I had to fix as a client), my car is now slow to start (literally have to press the pedal down ALL the way to get it going and I never had this problem previously), ... I could go on for hours. I will spend the rest of the week/weekend making sure I write reviews on EVERY website possible. I have six vehicles ranging from a 1998 Audi A4 to 100,000.00 2013 convertible. I will make certain to raise awareness as to how awful this process has been and how terrible the service was. I was surprised in the beginning, only to be severely let down. BBB has already been contacted. What a shame and scam. I am having every service "performed" on my car reviewed at an Audi service center at my own expense to be certain everything was done to standard and with the correct parts. I'm pretty certain this will NOT be the last you hear from me. Take care.
