You may want to double check the cleaning of the inside of the cars before your done. There was dust on all of the glass including a funny residue on the dash and radio.

When I was at the counter today, to pick up my car; the woman behind the desk did not treat me with common courtesy. I nicely asked for a reprint of one of my repair pages; and she yelled; "calm down! Slow down! relax sir".
I did not; at any point raise my voice to her, or demanded a thing. I only asked for a more clearer copy of only one page.
A man from the shop, in the next room over; made me a fantastically clear copy. Then he smiled and I said thank you very much. My car looks like it was never hit.
And we both said "Good-Bye"
I too, operate a family business and from time to time have different customers with different problems and multiple situations but I never speak to them the way that I was spoken to today.
Thank You for fixing my back bumper it looks like it was never rear ended .... I love it!!!
