I realised that my car was handed back to me with out the smart entry for the outside on the driver side door. When my car already came with that feature and i am not understanding why this has happened because now i have to uncompatible doors. I am very upset and disappointed.

This is not the first time that I have used Mike's Towing and collision. Based on previous experiences we return time and time again to Mike's when we need any kind of collision or body work done. We always refer anyone that asks to Mike's, for the best service and a job well done. Five stars for this company,

Convenient friendly service

Liz was very patient and courteous whenever I called about when the car would be ready. Your price seems to be fair.

Everything was good except for two things. I was disappointed that the quality of the used headlight glass was accepted and used. Although Geico allowed for the used part, small scratches and scuff marks are understandable but this was cloudy and not clear and is very noticeable. The other thing is not related to their work but by their actions. I had a slow leak in the driver's side back tire that I was planning to have fixed that coming weekend but the accident delayed that, as the car was at the body shop. The tire sensor in my car tells you which tire is low in air and it must of come on and the tire was filled, but they filled all 4 tires. The problem wasn't that they filled them but they were filled at 60 psi and should be 32 psi. I could of had a blow-out while driving. I believe someone must of misread the tire rating in the car that clearly states 60 psi is for the spare tire. I only knew about this 2 days ago (Thursday) as the light came on for the leaking tire. I released air from the other 3 tires and then later I found the other rear tire flat. I now had 2 tires that needed repair. I can't confirm it was due to over inflation but quite a coincidence. Because the tread on my tires were getting close to their life span I chose to buy 4 new tires. Adding to the aggravation I had to take a day off from work (Friday) and waited 3 hours for the installation of my new tires and that was after I went to 3 tire services as all had a long waiting period as people were reacting to the anticipated snowfall (Saturday).

Finished product looks like new. Updates were very helpful, although it took longer than originally estimated. Team was polite and patient.

Exceptional customer concern and attention to details.Pride of workmanship evident. Car never has been so thoroughly cleaned and put so tightly together..what a pleasant surprise. The team has been so helpful to me in a time of having my heart collapse and accident health travails I cannot express enough my gratitude.

I was very happy with Mike’s Towing and Collision. The first person I dealt with was Liz. She checked me in, explained Geico’s process, we had a nice little chat while she took pics of the damage. Liz was also the one I called back when my car was finished and we worked up my pick up time. When I picked up my car another lady was at the desk also very nice. The body shop did beautiful work on my rear quarter panel and bumper. Plus my car was washed, cleaned and vacumed on the inside. Plus I loved that all my updates where texted to me. Great job Mike’s Towing and Collision!!!

Everything about the experience was perfect!

Took long time, also when car picked up had white marks on it . They did buff them out but we had to wait.

Mike's auto collision and towing is the best one in town. This is second time we got our car fixed here and the service was excellent. We trust Mike's and will definitely recommend it to friends .
