Joe was great when it came to the Geico repairs. Unfortunately I never heard from a rep for State Farm when those repairs were happening and I was without my car for an additional week because of the lack of communication.

I would give them an A+. All were extremely courteous and answered any question I posed. My car was super clean and the team went above and beyond my expectations. If the need ever arises where I need a vehicle repaired I will be going to Car Crafters. I am so very pleased with the work done. I was apprised of how the work was going and I even got my Juke back a day early. Thank you, thank you!

I was told I had a dead battery and it needed to be repaired but I later found out it was the alternator that needed to be replaced. There were scratches on the hood from the accident but were not repaired or even discussed.

I could not be more impressed with the the level of service I received!! My car came in a mess & left way better inside & out!! I was amazed at the attention to detail! It was cleaned inside & out.
